Goadsby sells three Dorset warehouse units at £400k each

Estate agents Goadsby have sold three units at Fleetsbridge Business Centre in Poole, Dorset to three separate owner-occupiers on behalf of a private client.

Units 10, 11 and 12 have a combined gross internal area of just under 12,000 sq ft.

Each unit has a ground floor warehouse and first floor mezzanine, loading door, loading bay and toilets, with an eaves height of approximately 6.5m.

The quoting price for each unit was £399,950 excluding VAT.
