Garden retailer Pergolux scales up with larger Oxfordshire office

Oxfordshire-based luxury garden retailer Pergolux UK is moving to a new office space off the back of strong growth.

Having called Abingdon home for the past two and a half years, the company is now moving to a location five times the size of their existing space in Chalgrove.

The space will be used to keep stock on site, ensuring quick deliveries for customers, and will also include a new and improved showroom to display the brand’s luxury pergolas.

Meanwhile, the new 45,000 sq ft office space will showcase the entire Pergolux product range, including glass and wall mount units.

Pergolux operates in 14 countries across the world and specialises in customisable aluminum pergolas with added features including louvered roofs, screens and lighting.

The current UK team comprises nine full-time employees – expected to rise to 15 by the end of this year.

Sam Stevens, country manager for Pergolux UK, said: “The Pergolux team is incredibly ambitious.

“We want to become the number one pergola brand in the UK and globally.

“Moving to a larger location will allow us to continue to grow over the coming years.

“We’re really excited about our new move to Charlgrove.

“We’ve outgrown our current office space and moving will give us the opportunity to showcase all of our amazing pergolas – including our glass and wall mount units, which we were unable to do previously due to a lack of space.

“As well as our big move, we’ve got some other really exciting plans this year.

“We’re thrilled to be attending this year’s Ideal Home Show in London. The show is held at Olympia and is the biggest exhibition of its kind.

“We’re really excited for people to come by and take a look at our amazing pergolas and find some inspiration for their gardens.

“There’s loads in the pipeline and moving to our new office space is definitely a great way to kick start this year.”
