Frasers Property secures pharma firm for Bracknell business park

Frasers Property UK has let a 10,000 sq ft unit at Maxis Business Park in Bracknell, Berkshire to a pharmaceutical firm.
This latest deal – the second largest letting at Maxis in the last twelve months – brings the park to around 88 per cent let after financial services firm Evelyn Partners took 24,000 sq ft of fitted office space last January.
The new occupiers will be reusing the previous occupants’ fit out, a move which is estimated to save 5.7 tonnes of CO2 when compared with installing a completely new space.
Chris Stevens, senior asset manager at Frasers Property UK, said: “It’s a great start to the year to be welcoming a new occupier to Maxis.
“Frasers Property UK strives to be at the forefront of bringing high-quality and vibrant space to the market.
“Maxis is a brilliant example of space that has been designed to enhance daily life with sustainable outcomes in mind, allowing our occupiers to grow and flourish while achieving their sustainability goals.
“We’re thrilled that occupiers continue to see the value that we bring and choose Maxis as a new home for their businesses.”
Maxis is located a short distance from Bracknell town centre. The M3 and M4 are both within 10 miles and Heathrow Airport within a 30-minute drive.
It was crowned Sustainable Development of the Year at The Business Magazine’s Thames Valley Property Awards 2024, thanks in part to the removal of all gas use the year prior.
