Frasers Property UK has secured deals with AuDeoRentalTec and PEAC Solutions at Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

AuDeo provides highly productive meeting spaces and audio-visual solutions for businesses, improving and enhancing workplace and meeting experiences.

The workspace technology firm will be creating a new central hub for its sales, technical support, installation and office teams at its new space at 6B Beechwood.

Bradley Davis, commercial director at AuDeo, said: “We’re really impressed with Chineham Park.

“The park has a great atmosphere and brilliant facilities in a central location with good transport links for our teams.

“The flexibility of the new office space has allowed us to combine our head office and warehouse teams together, and we’re excited to have a space for our experience centre, where we can demonstrate our latest audio visual and meeting room technologies.”

Chineham Park has also welcomed RentalTec, a rental solutions business who fulfil and accelerate testing, measurement and commissioning requirements across the telecom, aerospace, defence and automotive industries.

The rental provider will be welcoming its UK sales team to 8 Cedarwood as the new commercial location for its UK activities.

Paul Hornigold, chief operating officer at RentalTec, said: “The setup of Chineham Park is aligned with our business as forward-thinking and well-organised, and Frasers Property’s commitment to business retention mirrors our own ethos.

“The location and overall infrastructure at Chineham Park were the deciding factors for us, and we cannot commend the professionalism we received from the teams throughout the entire process enough.”

Frasers Property has also secured multinational asset finance platform PEAC Solutions, who have taken up 2,782 sq ft at 11-12 Cedarwood.

PEAC Solutions specialises in providing innovative finance solutions to direct customers, equipment manufacturers, distributors, and dealers across a wide range of targeted industries and asset classes.

The firm will be moving its teams from its previous Basingstoke location to the new space at Chineham Park, which will be used for office-based solutions and to host visitor meetings.

Steve Bolton, managing director of PEAC Solutions, said: “The opening of our new office marks a fresh start for our team as well as the next step for the PEAC Solutions business in the UK.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and our bright and modern space in Chineham Business Park serves as a fantastic base for them, offering everything they need to continue to deliver excellent service to our customers and partners.

“We’re proud to have made the move for our colleagues, demonstrating our ongoing investment in them and we look forward to involving ourselves in the community here in the years to come.”

The three new deals build on the arrival of Milexia UK at the park in May, which took 8,750 sq ft to consolidate its finance, operations, sales and marketing and engineering teams.

Eilidh McAllister, senior asset manager at Frasers Property, said: “Our high-quality spaces are designed to cater to future ways of working and enhance daily life, to support the continued growth and success of our occupiers.

“Our mission at Chineham Park to prioritise wellbeing and productivity among a thriving business community has created an ideal environment for our occupiers to excel.

“We look forward to welcoming AuDeo, RentalTec and PEAC UK.”

Frasers Property was represented by CBRE and Hollis Hockley. PEAC Solutions was represented by Stream Limited.
