FigFlex Offices makes sizeable expansion to Southampton sites

Flexible office space provider FigFlex Offices is significantly expanding its Southampton-based location, almost doubling the number of desks.
The firm has already pre-sold 25 per cent of the new desk space.
This expansion comes following the firm reporting rapid revenue growth as demand for its services continues to rise. Since August 2022, turnover at FigFlex Offices has increased by over 600 per cent.
The Bulb in Southampton is one of three FigFlex locations undergoing substantial expansion as part of the company’s rapid growth. A further 21,600 sq ft and 479 desk spaces will be added across centres in Coventry and Peterborough.

FigFlex's Southampton expansion equates to almost 5,000 sq ft of workspace. The flexible space is designed to satisfy all working models and host a mix of businesses in Southampton, from established SMEs to multinationals.
Charlie Cudworth, Chief Operating Officer at FigFlex Offices, commented: “We’ve experienced phenomenal financial growth over the past 12 months and we’re now reinvesting that back into the portfolio, expanding three of our locations including here at The Bulb in Southampton.
“The office sector regionally is undergoing a market shift. Flexible, serviced office space is no longer the sole ground of SMEs and start-ups. National and even multinational companies are recognising the benefits of intuitive space on flexible terms.
“Our customers tell us they are drawn to FigFlex for our highly-personable, collaborative approach; we have the prime central location and high quality facilities to rival the market leaders but our provision also comes with vastly superior levels of customer service.
“As demand grows, so will we. As one of the industry’s few landlord-operated providers, we’re able to provide the locations and desk space to meet a business’ short and long-term needs.”
