Charles Church cleared for 151 more homes at Didcot development

Developer Charles Church has secured permission from the local council to build another 151 homes at the new Valley Park development in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
Valley Park, delivered by Charles Church Wessex, Persimmon Homes Wessex and their consortium partners, will ultimately comprise 4,254 properties – all equipped with air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and solar panels.
Along with it will come two new primary schools, a special education school and a healthcare centre.
