Beaconsfield’s Inland Homes appoints new CEO
Inland Homes plc, the Beaconsfield-based housebuilder, partnership housing developer and regeneration specialist, has appointed Donagh O’Sullivan as its new CEO.
Donagh, who was previously CEO of Galliard Homes until March 2022, has a long history in construction and property development, having initially joined Galliard in 2001 as a contract manager.
After studying civil engineering at the University of Cork, Donagh began working in London for Balfour Beatty, where he worked on some major contracting projects before being headhunted to join Galliard.
In his tenure at Galliard, he took the firm’s construction division from its infancy to the level that it was able to take on and deliver some of London’s largest residential development projects. He became Group Managing Director in 2012, then in 2017 was appointed to the role of Group CEO. With Donagh as CEO, Galliard completed over 5,000 homes and made aggregate profits of over £250 million.

I have no doubt that Don has the necessary experience, skills and expertise to take the Group to the next stage of its development. He is ideally qualified to lead Inland Homes and his construction expertise will prove to be invaluable. Don will be warmly welcomed."
