The South Coast Property Awards are back, and with them comes the return of one particularly exciting category.

Sure to be hotly contested as always is the title of Young Property Person of the Year, where individuals from across the region duke it out to take home one of the South Coast’s most prestigious accolades.

This award is presented to a person under the age of 35 who is making a real difference in the world of property – this could include professionals, architects, planners, or those working in the new areas of property tech.

Apprentices and graduates are all eligible, and our independent judges will be specifically looking for the rising stars who are set for career success in their chosen fields.

Nominations for this highly-anticipated event are still open for a limited time, so there’s still some time to enter this year’s awards programme.
