AI and PropTech take the spotlight at South Coast CPS in Southampton
AI and PropTech will be among the highlights when the South Coast CPS Conference comes to Southampton’s St Mary’s Stadium.
The annual event, taking place on 14th November 2024 is expected to attract key players in the property and technology sectors.
Among the highlights of this year’s conference is the newly introduced PropTech Zone, aimed at bridging the gap between traditional real estate and cutting-edge technology.
Research shows that while 92 per cent of industry professionals recognise that PropTech will shape the future of real estate, only 33 per cent have adopted tech solutions.
This year’s focus will be on the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in real estate, with industry leaders such as Andrew Knight from RICS and Freddie Pritchard Smith from Trustek delivering keynote talks.
Attendees will have the chance to:
- Connect with industry experts
- Explore the latest AI strategies in property management
- Gain insights into emerging technology trends.
Discussions throughout the rest of the day will focus on everything from sustainable development to the impact of remote work on office space, as the conference aims to address the most pressing topics in the property world today which will shape the future of real estate on the South Coast.
This year, for the first time since the event’s inception, South Coast CPS is hosting a series of pre-event networking socials in Portsmouth, Poole and Southampton, offering an opportunity to meet speakers, exhibitors and sponsors ahead of the main event.
