Burston Cook working jointly with Colliers on behalf of the landlord, Southdowns Westpoint Row Limited has secured ADT Fire and Security PLC as a new tenant for the ground floor (2,354 sq. ft) of Unit 1, West Point Row, Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

ADT Fire and Security PLC, a business specalising in home security and fire safety products, has signed a five-year lease, relocating from Aztec West to take advantage of West Point Row's modern office facilities and strategic location.

West Point Row, a contemporary office development located off Great Park Road, provides high-quality, open-plan office space across five units. Its close proximity to the M4/M5 interchange and Bristol Parkway Station, just three miles away, makes it a highly desirable location for businesses seeking excellent transport links.

Only one unit now remains available to let within the development. The first-floor space in Unit 1 offers 2,323 sq ft of modern office accommodation complete with LED lighting, a kitchenette, 11 car parking spaces, and bike storage facilities, making it an attractive option for businesses.

Finola Ingham, director at Burston Cook, shared, “It is great to welcome ADT Fire & Security as a tenant at West Point Row. The company’s move reflects the quality of the space and the advantages of being in such a well-connected location.

James Preece, director at Colliers added: “West Point Row offers excellent office accommodation at a rental level that is extremely cost effective for the specification. The last remaining office will not be available for very long.”

CBRE acted on behalf of the occupier, ADT Fire and Security.
