Active Hospitality to launch flexible workspace at Ditton Park near Slough
Link Spaces, a 21,000 sq ft flexible workspace near Slough, is set to open its doors this March.
Bracknell’s Active Hospitality is the business behind the new development, which features private offices, coworking spaces and meeting rooms – all situated on the ground floor of the Kennedy Wilson building at Ditton Park.
The building will run on 100 per cent renewable energy and is set in 200 acres of open landscapes, while significant investment has been made into IT infrastructure at the park.

Active Hospitality also operates neighbouring Ditton Manor, which currently offers conferencing and meeting rooms – but plans could see it developed into a hotel for the benefit of Link Spaces clients.
Jonny Aspland-Robinson, MD of Link Spaces, said: “With our roots firmly in service and hospitality, we’ve drawn on our experience to provide an unrivalled workspace environment for tenants.
“Fast, reliable internet sits at the heart of Link Spaces, and we’ve remained focused on quality of design and service throughout.
“We offer a range of flexible options to suit modern businesses, and excellent transport links through the M4, M25 or trains to central London.”
