Accountancy and business advisory firm Whitley Stimpson has welcomed new director Sushma Pandey to its Bicester office.

Sushma, who joins from Azets in Beaconsfield, will be helping clients meet their regulatory and compliance business accountancy requirements and assisting on company audits.

She’ll work with owner-managed businesses and larger management led businesses across Oxfordshire and the South.

Laura Herbert, who heads up the Bicester office, said: “We are really pleased to welcome Sushma to our team.

“With over a decade of experience at top-tier and international accounting firms, she has lead audits for SMEs and businesses with turnovers up to £50 million.

“Her appointment strengthens our senior leadership, enabling us to better support office operations, manage our team, and provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

“Sushma’s expert advice is a valuable asset to our client base.  She has already handled numerous new client enquiries, fostering both longstanding relationships with existing clients and establishing connections with new ones.

“Her ability to attract and integrate new clients is a tremendous benefit to our business.”

Sushma added: “I am delighted to be working with a great team of people. My first impressions have been excellent!

“The firm has encapsulated the professionalism of a large regional firm with a friendly local feel where the people really are adding value to their clients.”
