Savills Oxford welcomes graduate surveyor to the team
Savills has strengthened its rural management team in Oxford with the appointment of graduate surveyor Rowley Taylor.
Since 2007, Savills has welcomed more than 700 graduates to its national programme and in 2020 won the Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Real Estate for the 14th consecutive year.
Rowley is joining Savills after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University at Cirencester with a BSc in Agricultural Management and an MSc in Rural Estate Management. He will be concentrating on estate management at Savills as well as working towards further exams, APC and CAAV.
Charles Campion, head of rural at Savills Oxford, said: “Rowley will work with our experienced teams to develop his skills and knowledge as he progresses in the role and builds his career at Savills.”
Noel McGonigle, Savills Human Resources Director UK, said: “Savills is proud to have maintained all of its 104 graduate and sandwich placement offers for 2020 across the UK business, which is testament to the commitment and value that we put on our programme.
“In 2019, Savills recruited 127 graduates and sandwich placement students across the UK, so 2020 sees a slight reduction in numbers, however demand for graduates remains strong and we are continuing to recruit onto the programme outside of the central recruitment round.
“In light of Covid-19, the business has continued to adapt and our graduate induction this year will be a virtual learning programme, which will be interactive throughout to ensure our graduates are on-boarded into Savills effectively throughout these circumstances.”
