As a values-based business, our people and our clients are fundamental to our success. I’ve been really impressed by how that focus is instilled in everyone I’ve met across the business.”

Phil said: “As we accelerate our growth plans, and continue to develop our proposition, it is essential that our business is supported by an outstanding finance team. In Rose, we have found an exceptionally talented and experienced leader to help us achieve our ambition to be the leading advisory business in the UK.
