Rose Clark has joined Partners& as Chief Finance Officer. In this role, she will report to CEO Phil Barton, and join the Statutory Board and the Group Executive Committee.

Partners& provides insurance, risk management, employee wellbeing, engagement and benefits advice to businesses and personal insurance to individuals. At the heart of its proposition is a culture of partnership between its people, its clients and its ecosystem.

For the last eleven years, Rose has been working at the global consulting engineering business, Arcadis, formerly as UK CFO and most recently as Global CFO for its start-up technology business, Arcadis Gen. Prior to that, Rose held a wide range of management roles in financial services businesses including AXA, Chelsea Building Society, Jelf Group and HBOS.

Rose said: “I’m looking forward to developing and growing a finance function to truly partner with this ambitious business, with transparency and good governance at its core. As a values-based business, our people and our clients are fundamental to our success. I’ve been really impressed by how that focus is instilled in everyone I’ve met across the business.”

Phil said: “As we accelerate our growth plans, and continue to develop our proposition, it is essential that our business is supported by an outstanding finance team. In Rose, we have found an exceptionally talented and experienced leader to help us achieve our ambition to be the leading advisory business in the UK. Rose possesses a rare combination of experience having worked with private equity, operated on AIM and supported numerous financial services organisations, in addition to working within the technology space.”
