New hire at Reading’s Boyes Turner as family law team marks three years

The family law team at Boyes Turner in Reading is celebrating three years of growth with the appointment of Lizzie Dravnieks as associate solicitor.
Lizzie joins the team from a specialist family law firm in Hampshire and follows the appointment of Nicola Weeks as a senior associate solicitor earlier in the year.
Launched by Paul Linsell in 2021, the team works in all areas of family law, helping families navigate a range of negotiation and dispute resolution processes.
Recent changes to the Family Procedure Rules (FPR) have seen a significant shift towards non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) and are expected to lead to an increase in demand for the services offered by the firm – particularly mediation.
Paul said: “I’ve always believed that you can ‘do divorce differently’.
“Throughout my career, I wanted to reimagine how things are done – to do things better by always putting children and the family you’re helping first.
“We welcome the new NCDR rules, and they align so much with Boyes Turner’s existing approach to family law.
“With the growing team, I’m looking forward to being able to help even more individuals and families.”
Barry Stanton, managing partner, added: “As a law firm, it’s easy to use words like ‘disruptive’.
“But Paul’s always sought new, more progressive ways to work with families, to help them through very difficult life events.
“We’re delighted with what he and the team have achieved, as Boyes Turner becomes the go-to family team in the region.”
