New head of marketing at Dorset’s Baggette + Co

Dorset wealth management firm Baggette + Co has appointed Lee Taylor as its new head of marketing.

A specialist in business growth, Lee has a 20-year track record in professional services marketing, working with some of the largest national and regional law firms – including Irwin Mitchell and Mills & Reeve.

Lee said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Baggette + Co Wealth Management, a company that’s already well-established and highly regarded across the region.

Established in Poole in 1986, Baggette + Co serves clients across Dorset, Hampshire and the South Coast.

The firm underwent a management buyout from founder Keith Baggette by independent financial adviser Oscar Hjalmas (now CEO) and business adviser Jo Hjalmas (now managing director).

Since then, it’s grown to employ more than 25 financial professionals.
