Moore Barlow welcomes new private wealth partner in Guildford

Law firm Moore Barlow has appointed Guildford-based Lewis Edwards as a partner in its private wealth practice.
Lewis brings expertise in wills, estate planning, succession planning for family businesses, and tax matters including complex issues related to non-domiciliaries and cross-border migration.
He’s also built up experience in capital tax planning, trust establishment and restructuring from his time at BDB Pitmans, Hunters Law LLP and Seddons.
Lewis said: “As a family, we’ve known Moore Barlow for many years.
“I’ve been impressed by its plans for growth, its long-established reputation for advising individuals, trusts and corporate clients, and the care it takes to make sure that they receive high-quality advice from across the firm’s departments.”
Naomi Wilkes, head of Moore Barlow’s Private Wealth team, added: “Lewis has a great portfolio and experience across all parts of private wealth.
“His expertise will be of great benefit to our clients. I know that they’ll enjoy working with him, as will all of our colleagues at Moore Barlow.”
