Moorcrofts advises on sale of Wycombe’s PCB

The vendor shareholders of High Wycombe-based PCB Technical Solutions Limited were advised on the sale of the company by a team from Marlow-based Moorcrofts LLP.
PCB, which provides technical maintenance for retail, commercial and industrial facilities, as well as installation of HVAC and smoke control systems, was acquired by Polish retail-focused technical facilities management provider Sescom.
Peter Woolley (Corporate Partner) led the transaction, with support from Nouara Mokrane (Corporate Trainee Solicitor), Heather Stewart (Corporate Solicitor), Sharan Uppal (Commercial Property Solicitor), Lindsey Abbott (Employment Associate) and Usha Guness (Technology Associate).
Other professional advisers on the transaction included GESSEL Attorneys at Law (Poland) and Ali Legal Ltd (legal advisors to Sescom); Quantuma (corporate finance advisors to PCB) and Azets (financial due diligence).
