The Thames Valley team of planning and development consultancy Lichfields are celebrating 10 years in business with a move to larger premises.

Led by Daniel Lampard, the team has grown fivefold since its establishment in Reading in 2015.

Since then, they’ve worked on the likes of Berkeley Homes’ redevelopment of the Horlicks factory in Slough and JP Morgan’s Foundation Park scheme in Maidenhead.

Lichfields Thames Valley has also enjoyed a close partnership with LEGOLAND Windsor, helping the resort expand its offering – despite its challenging location in the green belt and near sites of special scientific interest and ancient woodland.

Daniel said: “We’re excited to move into a larger space as part of our continued growth.

“The new office reflects our expanding team and increasing client base and it marks an important milestone as we celebrate a very successful decade in the region.

“We’ve seen consistent growth over the past 10 years, not only in terms of headcount but also in the scale of the projects we’re involved in.

“With key appointments and senior strategic promotions, we look forward to continuing to support our clients with their ambitions and further growth.”

Looking ahead, recent changes in national planning policy have created new avenues for Lichfields to support developments across key sectors.

Daniel added: “The updates are creating opportunities for growth and innovation across the Thames Valley – particularly in housing and driving forward key infrastructure and regeneration projects that are reshaping the region.”
