GJS Dillon has promoted its Associate Director Andrew Lewis to Director of its Commercial Agency.

Andrew joined the Worcestershire commercial property consultancy, which has offices in Worcester, Bromsgrove and Droitwich, in May 2018.  At GJS Dillon he works closely with Managing Director John Dillon on the firm’s commercial agency work, letting and selling office and industrial buildings.

In 2019 Andrew was named ‘Deal Maker of the Year’ by the Estates Gazette, a national publication and leading industry title, after completing the highest number of commercial property transactions in the past 12 months in Worcestershire.

Since 2019, Andrew has authored GJS Dillon’s annual Market Report which provides data and analysis of the county’s six sub-markets for office and industrial property. The report has evolved into an essential document for local developers, property companies, investors , the Worcestershire LEP and the local authorities in the County of Worcestershire.

John Dillon, GJS Dillon’s Managing Director said: "This is a well-deserved promotion. The Commercial Agency has gone from strength-to-strength since Andrew joined us and more recently he has steered the team through the uncertainty of the pandemic, while continuing to negotiate transactions across all sectors."

Andrew said: "I’m absolutely delighted with this news and would like to thank John Dillon and my colleagues for their fantastic support over the past 3 and a half years. One of the things I most enjoy about my job is being part of the Worcestershire community and working with such brilliant clients. I look forward to growing the Commercial Agency department still further and supporting the Worcestershire business community with their commercial property requirements."
