Mo joins as a senior associate from Moorcrofts LLP where he spent eight years progressing from solicitor to associate in the corporate team. He brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise in corporate law.

Mo has a proven track record of advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including private company mergers and acquisitions, SEIS/EIS investments and fundraising, corporate restructuring and advising on corporate governance matters.
