Oxford law firm Freeths have advised Brett Horth and the other shareholders of Vapouriz on the sale of their shares to Flavour Warehouse.

Vapouriz, based in Guildford, operates Vapestore.co.uk alongside seven flagship retail stores, franchises and a hi-tech manufacturing facility for its range of premium e-liquids which now join the Flavour Warehouse portfolio.

Following the acquisition, Vapouriz will continue to trade as normal, building on its success and taking advantage of the wider group operating model and economies of scale.

Brett Horth, founder of Vapouriz, said “While it is the end of a (nearly) 10 year journey for me personally, I am delighted that Vapouriz will benefit from the shared synergies of both companies coming together and flourish under the leadership of one of the most respected and successful brands in the vaping industry.”

Leon Arnold at Freeths, added: “We are thrilled to have helped Brett and the other sellers achieve their goal of a successful and valuable sale.  It is proof there is an uptick in acquisitions, and any focused and well led organisation can achieve their sale mandate goals”.

Established in 2012, Flavour Warehouse now operates in more than 80 countries around the world via a network of franchises, distributors and resellers. Built on the success of its award-winning brand, Vampire Vape, the group is now also a leading OEM manufacturer and UK distributor of vaping hardware.
