Freeths makes two hires to launch new Oxford service line
National law firm Freeths has appointed directors Caroline Benfield and Elizabeth Taylor, enabling the launch of a new restructuring and insolvency offering in Oxford.
With more than 40 years’ experience between them, Caroline and Elizabeth both join from Wright Hassall.
They specialise in contentious, advisory and transactional work for trustees in bankruptcy, liquidators and administrators.
They also act for a range of secured and unsecured creditors in relation to the enforcement of their rights, as well as for directors in relation to the defence of Insolvency Act claims and disqualification proceedings.
In their new roles, the duo will combine their knowledge and work collaboratively with the national team to nurture the region’s new service line.
