Law firm Cripps has begun a commercial partnership with Locate in Kent, an inward investment agency dedicated to promoting Kent as an attractive destination for new businesses.

Based in Tunbridge Wells, Cripps will now look to provide legal support and services to some of the many innovative and fast-growing businesses in the county.

The firm is set to join Locate in Kent for a networking event at Discovery Park in Sandwich on 25 September to launch the partnership.

In attendance will be solicitors from Cripps’ commercial and real estate teams, including Sally Ashworth, Beth Barns-Graham, Luke Smyth, and Taryn Strong.

Pete Kenyon, partner at Cripps, said“We’re proud to be partnering with Locate in Kent.

“Kent is a brilliant and vibrant place for businesses to thrive, and we are excited to sit alongside Locate in Kent in offering businesses moving to Kent, a place and a community in which to flourish.”

Karima Kamel, business development manager at Locate in Kent, added“As a firm set up to help businesses in Kent realise their ambitions through providing advice, information and connections to the right people, Cripps was an obvious choice for partnership.

“Its deep and long-standing roots in Kent make them the perfect adviser for a multitude of ambitious businesses and individuals that require local knowledge and experience to help them achieve their goals.”
