BPE’s Corporate team advises on sale of managed data provider company Ultumus

Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has advised the management team and shareholders of Ultumus Limited on its share sale to SIX Group AG, for an undisclosed value.

London-based Ultumus, an exchange traded funds (ETF) data specialist, was acquired by long-time partner SIX, based in Switzerland, cementing its ownership of almost 95 per cent of the data marketplace with around 7,700 ETF customers, making it one of the largest ETF calculation houses globally.

Corporate Partner and private deals specialist, Adam Kean, led the deal, advising the minority shareholders, with support from Louise Grzasko (Partner) and Solicitor Jodele McConnachie.
