The Corporate team at Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for Partners& on its acquisition of Richard Thompson Insurance Brokers and Regent Healthcare.

Both acquisitions bring new expertise to Partners&, adding to the considerable insurance advisory offering already provided across a wide range of sectors. Additionally the acquisitions expand Partners&’s client base further into Surrey, and strengthens its presence in the Midlands.

Head of corporate, Adam Kean (Partner) with assistance from Angharad Doyle (Senior Associate), Ben Adams (Associate) and Amy McCormick (Solicitor), worked closely with Phil Barton (CEO of Partners&) and his team to ensure the transactions with RTIB and RH went smoothly.

Phil Barton, CEO, Partners&, said: "As a business wholly committed to defining a class-leading client proposition and truly unique culture for its team, the addition of both RTIB and RH represents an important step in the development of Partners&”

Adam Kean, head of corporate at BPE added:“We are always happy to help longstanding client Partners & and it was a pleasure to work with Phil and the team once again. We know that these transactions were strategically important for Partners & and reflect their continued expansion into key industry sectors.”
