Ultrafilter Medical forms strategic alliance with NMITE, Hereford
Ultrafilter Medical - the Ross-on-Wye manufacturer of Type IIR medical face masks for the health, care and processing industries - has formed a strategic alliance with the New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering (NMITE), Hereford.
Under the terms of the alliance, Ultrafilter Medical will offer project work and work experience placements to students studying at NMITE. Ultrafilter Medical is owned by the same family which owns global engineering group Ultrafilter and, as a result, NMITE students will also have the opportunity to develop their engineering skills at one of its international sites.
Dean Kronsbein, founder and chairman of Ultrafilter Medical and owner of Ultrafilter Group, said: “When we decided to establish our UK business, we committed to creating much-needed employment and career opportunities for local people here in Ross-on-Wye.
