Indoor activity brand Oxygen Activeplay has taken over RedKangaroo Reading, with a complete refurbishment planned.

The venue will close on 12 August before reopening as Oxygen Reading in time for October half term, joining eight other Oxygen parks across the country.

It’s set to house around thirty-two trampolines – including five long bed trampolines, twenty-six single trampolines, and one long tumble track.

Oxygen Reading will also feature the brand’s signature Excite Tunnel, parkour-style stunt areas, an interactive sports pitch, and a large airbag and trapeze.

There’ll be new party areas and a cafe as well.

Stephen Wilson, CEO of London-based Oxygen Activeplay, said: “The plans for Oxygen Reading are extremely exciting, and we can’t wait to welcome the park to the Oxygen Activeplay brand.

“The RedKangaroo team has done a phenomenal job of becoming part of Reading’s community, and we’re delighted to be continuing that work.

“We can’t wait to bring big-time fun to Reading and beyond in October, and to introduce them to the new members of the Oxygen Reading hero crew.”
