Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl took home two awards at this year's BAFTA Film Awards in the Animated Film and Children's & Family categories.

The film was also nominated for Outstanding British Film, which went to drama Conclave.

Upon accepting the awards, Directors Nick Park and Merlin Crossingham, and Producer Richard Beek thanked their talented crew, voice cast, partners BBC and Netflix, and loved ones for their support during the film's 18-month shoot.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl premiered on the BBC on Christmas Day in the UK, and on Netflix globally on January 3rd. Last month, the BBC announced the film as the most-watched animation on British TV since records began, with 21.6 million views in 28 days.

The film has also been nominated for Best Animated Feature at the Academy Awards®, which takes place in LA on Sunday 2nd March.

Nick Park is a four-time Academy Award®-winner, three in the category of Best Animated Short Film - Creature Comforts, Wallace & Gromit films The Wrong Trousers and A Close Shave and Best Animated Feature Film for Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
