Oxfordshire’s Roadside Real Estate has sold its subsidiary Barkby Pubs to PS91 Hospitality Ltd.
Barkby operates four sites – The Bull Hotel in Fairford, The Rose and Crown in Ashbury, The Coach & Horses in Chiselhampton and Eliot Arms in South Cerney.
The company had posted losses of £0.9 million for the year ending 30 September 2023.
All Barkby Pubs now join PS91 Hospitality, a family-run operator from Wales.
Charles Dickson, executive chairman of Roadside, said: “We’re pleased to have concluded the exit of our pub business, and we continue to focus on the execution of our roadside real estate strategy.”
