Panoramic Growth Equity has backed the management buyout (MBO) of Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Limited and Psycho Peacock Limited.

Founded by Steve Barratt and Helenya Jones in 2013, Full Circle is an end-to-end event exhibition services business with in-house graphics provided through sister company Psycho Peacock.

It has established a significant position in the UK events industry in the last five years and whilst the industry came to a standstill during the pandemic, tactical investment through that period has led to a strong recovery.

It now serves some of the largest event organisers and venues across UK and Europe.

Panoramic Growth Equity (PGE) was set up in 2009 and invests between £2 million and £8 million in UK based companies, which have a turnover of more than £3 million and the potential for growth, covering a range of sectors and a variety of transactions including development capital, replacement capital and management buy in/buyouts.

The corporate finance team of James Cowper Creston, led by Brad McAvoy and Nikul Patel, provided financial and tax due diligence to Panoramic Growth Equity.
