Managed IT and communications provider Flotek Group has acquired Colbek Systems Ltd, bolstering the former's presence in the Midlands.
Nuneaton-based Colbek Systems is an established IT Managed services company, which has been operating in the region since 1987.
The deal is Flotek’s 12th successful acquisition in less than two years and also represents another step towards expanding its footprint across the UK.
Colbek Systems Ltd, owned by Richard Przybek, offers a wide range of solutions including server and PC installation, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Its expertise in both Microsoft and Google G Suite platforms adds to Flotek’s portfolio, particularly in the area of Google cloud solutions.
Flotek has confirmed that it will retain the entire Colbek Systems Ltd team to ensure continuity for existing clients and to preserve high standards of service.
