Headquartered in Kent, Veriflo is a strategic project management company specialising in clean water asset services and leakage management.
It now joins London’s Celnor Group, which provides a range of inspection, testing, certificatio, and compliance services to commercial clients across the UK.
The deal will enable Celnor to develop capabilities in the clean water space.
Veriflo was advised on the transaction by Freeths, with a team led by corporate partner Malin Svanberg Larsson.
She was assisted by managing associate Elizabeth Cotton with further support from trainee solicitors James Leavy and Rhianna Melvin.
Tax advice was provided by partner Claire Boyce and managing associate Nur Alzubeydi.
Specialist support was received from employment associate Niamh Hogg and a wider multi-disciplinary team.
