Founded in 1993, Airsports Insurance Bureau is an independent broker based in Hampshire.
It employs 18 insurance experts and serves around 15,000 niche and high-net-worth clients.
The business has now been acquired by Beyond Doubt Holdings, but will continue to trade under its current brand name while benefitting from being part of a nationwide insurance brokerage.
Moore Barlow advised Airsports Insurance Bureau on the deal, with a team led by corporate partner Jeremy Over, corporate solicitor Isabelle Balch and employment solicitor Victoria Furlong.

Darren Nangle is set to retain his role as CEO of Airsports Insurance Bureau through the deal.
