andwis. Group acquires Spectrum Electrical Group

London-based technical services group andwis. Group has acquired Somerset-based Spectrum Electrical Group in a deal advised by the corporate finance team at James Cowper Kreston.

H.I.G. Capital - backed andwis. Group specialises in mechanical and electrical services (M&E), lift maintenance, entrance and access security, HVAC, and fire and security solutions.

Meanwhile, Spectrum Electrical Group specialises in the design and installation of turnkey electrical building services and structured cabling together with fibre optics for most data and communication systems.

The acquisition will further enhance andwis. Group’s M&E division, solidifying its position as one of the leading electrical contracting companies operating in the south west.
