Verso Wealth Management expands into Thames Valley with WH Ireland deal

Wealth management business Verso has welcomed the Henley-based team of WH Ireland to the group, giving the London firm a foothold in the Thames Valley.
Established in 2008, WH Ireland’s Henley team serves high-net-worth individuals, families and corporate clients.
Advisers Roland Jones, Stephen Johnston and Gerald Key have so far provided specialist financial advice and planning on assets in excess of £150 million.
The team will keep their base in the Berkshire town as they work alongside Simon Redgrove and Alan Mathewson of Verso.
This is Verso’s seventh acquisition as it targets £5 billion in assets under management by 2027 through a mix of organic growth, M&A and strategic team hires.
