Penningtons Manches Cooper advises OXLiD on Gelion acquisition
Oxford-based OXLiD, the lithium-sulfur (Li-S) battery technology developer, has been acquired by AIM listed Anglo-Australian battery innovator, Gelion.
Pennington Manches Cooper, a law firm with offices in Oxford, Guildford and Reading, provided legal advice for OXLiD during the deal.
The Penningtons Manches Cooper team was led by corporate partner Will Axtell, with support from partner Adam Carling, senior associate Dominique Sabatini, and associate Leo Shrimpton. Corporate tax partner Kathy Potter and senior associate Leonie Langley also advised on the deal.
