Knights completes acquisition of Thursfields Legal

Fast-growing, listed law firm Knights has completed its acquisition of Thursfields Legal Limited, the full-service regional law firm with offices in Worcester, Kidderminster, Solihull and Birmingham, in line with the timeframe announced in July's acquisition announcement.

Alongside Corporate, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution services, Thursfields brings its strong regional Private Wealth offering, focused on Private Client, Family and Residential Property services. The acquisition also brings a high-quality team and national client base into the Group, which will benefit from having access to Knights' wider range of services and its established platform.
