RotaHub, the Stourport-on-Severn based workforce management company, is celebrating being recognised by the same awarding body two years running. The company won the SME News UK Enterprise Awards ‘Most Innovative Digital Workforce Management Solutions’ in 2020. It has just been announced they have won the SME News ‘Best Digital Workforce Management Solutions 2021’ award.

RotaHub specialises in digital solutions which enable companies to use their own equipment and resources to improve their efficiency. Their main objective at the moment is to support different sectors such as the hospitality and retail industries as they come out of lockdown. The pandemic continues and restaurants and shops are taking on extra administrative tasks to meet Coronavirus regulations as well as staff management. RotaHub anticipates that by improving their systems and processes, the solutions they offer will save them time and money when they are under additional pressure.

The RotaHub Digital Timesheets service means that time-consuming management tasks such as automated leave management, expenses, upgrades and changes can be carried out swiftly and efficiently. By automating these tasks via an app or SMS, business owners are able to spend less time managing timesheets and concentrate on growing their business. The service saves an average of 45 minutes per month per employee and is particularly suitable for businesses with casual staff on flexible rotas.

Sean Harris, RotaHub’s Operations Director said: "We’re really pleased to have won an SME News award two years running. 2020 was a tough year for everyone and if we can help companies manage their workforce, facilities and equipment so that they’re more efficient and cost-effective then that’s a great outcome."
