The Ivy Windsor announces opening date
A high-end brasserie - with a rather recognisable name - will soon be opening its doors on Windsor's famous High Street. On May 31st, diners will be welcomed into The Ivy Royal Windsor for the very first time.
Branching out from its iconic West End theatre restaurant - open for 105 years now - The Ivy Collection aims to 'bring the inimitable service and vibrant surroundings'. Anyone who's ever eaten in one will know that they generally deliver on that promise.
The new Berkshire restaurant can be found at 31 High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle.

The Windsor site will join a whole host of other Ivy brasseries in the South East, including Winchester, Oxford, Guildford, Cobham, Brighton, Marlow and Tunbridge Wells.
As with the other Ivys, guests can expect 'delicious modern British and international Ivy-inspired classics, as well as show-stopping desserts, new-season cocktails and afternoon teas fit for a queen.'
Anyone reserving a table and enjoying a few drinks or a spot of lunch or dinner can expect The Ivy's distinctive décor, with its emphasis on floral designs, its ornate marble flooring, plush soft furnishings and eye-catching pendant lighting.
Bookings are currently being taken for the 140 cover restaurant's opening and beyond. You can, of course, reserve a table in person, via telephone or online.
