Shakespeare Martineau boosts legal healthcare expertise with team from Knights
A six-member legal team from national law firm Knights has joined Shakespeare Martineau, boosting the latter's healthcare offering.
The three partners, two associates and a solicitor bring a collective 59 years' experience and will be based at Shakespeare Martineau's Birmingham office but will work with clients nationally.

Partners Jonathan Tyson and Gemma Tyson bring a wealth of experience in handling corporate transactions across dental, pharmacy, opticians, children's nurseries and veterinary practices.
They will be supported by partner Katie Taken, associates Jonathan Hill and Louise McDonald, and solicitor Stena Rham.
Since qualifying in 2011, Taken has been advising on the sale and purchase of pharmacy and dental practices, as well as all aspects in the childcare and education sector.
Meanwhile, Hill supports clients across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in dental practice acquisitions and disposals, while Rham supports on dental, pharmacy and childcare transactions and advises on regulatory requirements of the NHS and the Care Quality Commission.
