Romanian robotic logistics business opens at Hams Hall
Warwickshire commercial property agents Bromwich Hardy have let a 10,000 sq ft unit at Hams Hall to a Romanian based business.
Dexory, which provides warehouse inventory automation, has added Unit 2, Rowans Way at Hams Hall to its UK sites.
It is currently located in Oxford, Hamburg and Bucharest.
Caine Gilchrist, surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, said: “Dexory’s powerful mix of AI and robotics is revolutionising the logistics and supply chain industry and we are delighted to welcome them to Warwickshire.
“They have taken 10,000 sq ft of the 30,000 sq ft to let within the LTS Global Solutions distribution centre and head office, which we had been instructed to bring to market.
“The remaining space is available, suitable for logistic storage with or without racking, as required.
Hams Hall is a new manufacturing & distribution hub centrally positioned in the West Midlands to serve the UK and international markets.
