Poole-based marine solutions firm Anchoright is expanding into the superyacht sector in response to growing demand.

It says its chain marking system has become a must-have solution in the yachting industry, providing captains and crew with an easier, more reliable, and environmentally friendly way to manage anchoring operations.

The firm is set to showcase its expanded product range at METSTRADE 2024 - the world’s largest marine equipment trade show from November 19 to 21 in Amsterdam.

Quinton Watts, the founder of Anchoright, added: "Our expansion into the superyacht market is a direct response to the overwhelming demand we’ve received from superyacht owners and captains.

"Superyachts present a unique challenge due to their size and the complexity of their anchoring systems.

"Our products are specifically designed to provide reliability, accuracy, and ease of use, ensuring the safety of both the vessel and the crew.

"We’re looking forward to presenting these solutions at METSTRADE 2024 and continuing to meet the rising needs in the industry."

One yacht owner has been quoted as saying: "I have to commend Anchoright on such an innovative solution - Anchoright chain markers have truly made anchoring so much easier.

"The colour-coded key inside my anchor locker is a game-changer. Gone are the days of struggling to count faded paint marks flying over the windlass."

In the Netherlands, the company's stand will be in the British Pavilion, where Anchoright will connect directly with superyacht builders, naval architects and procurement teams.
