New Worcestershire development secures two growing businesses as tenants

A new development in Worcestershire has secured two growing businesses as its first tenants.
Withy Wells Business Park, based on the Spetchley Park Estate, has welcomed Pyramid Car Care and RJ Displays.
The businesses signed leases through leading property company Fisher German, acting on behalf of the estate.
Pyramid Car Care, founded in 2016, moved to the development as part of expansion plans to launch a new services arm of the business, offering car detailing, valeting, and PPF (paint protection film) as well as training and product demonstrations for detailing enthusiasts.
Callum Davies, director of Pyramid Car Care, said: “We were previously based in a shared unit in Worcester but began looking for our own larger unit before the very first lockdown.
“The lockdown delayed us finding somewhere that was right for the business, but we’re very pleased to open our new unit at Withy Wells Business Park.
“Last year was a great year for Pyramid Car Care, and despite closing the business for three-and-a-half months during the first lockdown, we achieved overall growth of 57 per cent.
“Our new services arm of the business will create a new revenue stream which will enable us to grow further and we expect to take on two to three new employees within the next 24 months.”
RJ Displays specialises in bespoke carpentry and joinery, stone masonry, shop fitting, exhibitions, property maintenance, renovations, extensions and building work.
The business was established by Jenni Myers and Russell Akers after they lost work when the first lockdown saw exhibitions cancelled.
The wide range of services offered has seen the business experience rapid growth, and it is already looking at acquiring additional space.
Jenni said: “Myself and Russell have more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry combined, working with big names in retail, leisure and entertainment, so when the first lockdown resulted in exhibitions being cancelled, we came together to establish RJ Displays.
“It’s been excellent to open our unit at Withy Wells. It’s going extremely well and we’re very busy – we already need more space.
“We’re now looking to expand our client base further and continue to grow the business.”
Withy Wells Business Park is made up of ten new small industrial/warehouse units with dedicated parking and is in close proximity to junction 6 of the M5 motorway.
Lauren Allcoat, of Fisher German, said: “It is fantastic to see two companies thrive during what has been, and continues to be an incredibly challenging time for businesses.
