New warehouse development is in heart of UK's logistics hub
A new warehouse development at the heart of the so-called 'Golden Triangle' of the UK’s logistics sector is being marketed by commercial property agent Bromwich Hardy and expected to be completed by the third quarter of next year.
Triumph Trade Park in Coventry, which is being funded by funded by Nuveen, comprises six industrial warehouse units and a large self-storage unit with good access to the national motorway network.

It lies about two miles west of the city centre and has direct links to the M45, M1 and M42. Around 85% of the UK’s population is within a 4.5 hour HGV drive time.
The units range from 2,917 sq ft to 5,479 sq ft, while the self-storage unit extends to 76,000 sq ft.
Bromwich Hardy is marketing the new development jointly with Colliers on behalf of developer XLB.
Tom Bromwich, partner at Bromwich Hardy, said the units will have reinforced concrete floors, roller shutter loading doors, designated yards for loading, plenty of parking spaces and EV charging facilities.
"We are already handling substantial early interest in Triumph Trade Park, due to its location in a highly prominent and very busy commercial location. This makes it the perfect place for deliveries, trade and public customers," he said.
Occupiers in the immediate vicinity include McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Greggs, Subway, Oodles n’Oodles, Starbucks and Sainsburys.
Other close occupiers include Domino’s, Howdens, Topps Tiles, and a number of car dealerships including Audi, Skoda and Hyundai.
There is also a new 220-bed student development for the Warwick University campus.
Coventry-based Bromwich Hardy advises a wide variety of companies and public bodies on all aspects of property.
It was named top commercial property agency in Warwickshire in 2023 in the EG Radius ratings and was rated in the top five in the West Midlands for office disposals and acquisitions.
