A new local sustainable taxi service has been established in Bristol, it was reported.
The company is currently registered as Faraday Cars but will be relaunching as Wayder, which has its own app, next month (October).

A spokesperson was quoted as saying: "Our mission was to create a service that fits Bristol’s ethos of environmental consciousness and progressive urban living. With our team and partners, we’ve built a platform that combines local insights with global innovation."
They added that rides taken with the company will result in trees being planted.
The service includes a home delivery service, where people can reportedly send parcels and packages to other areas of the city. Wayder plans to plant a tree for every five taxi rides bought on the app.
The Wayder Bristol delivery app is currently available to download but the company will officially launch on October 7.
The local start-up is currently reportedly inviting private drivers, cargo bike owners and riders to sign up to an app if interested in working for the initiative.
