NATS signs cooperation agreement with Saudi air traffic provider

NATS, which provides air traffic control services from Hampshire, has signed a cooperation agreement with its Saudi counterparts SANS to enhance airport capacity across the Kingdom.
The agreement was signed during a Saudi-British roundtable held on the sidelines of Farnborough International Airshow last week.
It enables SANS and NATS to work more effectively together, laying the groundwork for collaboration on airport capacity enhancement and technology integration.
It also recognises the importance of fostering talent development in the industry, with further discussions planned on creating opportunities for young professionals through a new graduate scheme.
Martin Rolfe, CEO of NATS, said: “We’re delighted to strengthen our collaboration with SANS.
“This agreement is a testament to our shared vision of advancing aviation in Saudi Arabia, and we look forward to being part of SANS’ journey to make lasting and impactful changes to aviation in the region.”
