It includes a 270-seat restaurant and gym and a lakeside running track, while a major PV solar project is also under construction, which is poised to generate around 12% of its needs.
Other occupiers on site include Verizon, Investec and Mavenir.
CGI has inked a 10-year lease for a 24,000 sq ft suite.
The estate was bought by Tristan Capital Partners in 2020 for £120 million. It has subsequently rebranded and refurbished the park, with spaces ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 180,000 sq ft.
Alchemy has been appointed as asset managers on the park, while Savills and Bray Fox Smith are joint leasing agents.
Campus Reading international is described as an amenity-rich, next-generation community for every type of business. From creative studio offices, to expansive contemporary workspace.
Founded in 1976, CGI is among the largest IT and business consulting services firms in the world.
