IBB Law LLP to merge with Owen White Solicitors
Two law firms operating in the Thames Valley have announced they are merging their businesses from 1 January 2023.
IBB Law, a broad service LLP with 31 Partners, 96 Lawyers and 43 paralegals, has announced it will join forces with Slough-based commercial services firm Owen White.
Together, they will form a 36 partner, 110 lawyer full service law firm boasting £24 million turnover, known as IBB Law LLP and IBB Owen White for a transitionary period and working out of a newly-expanded Reading office from February. Owen White’s staff will integrate into IBB Law’s existing Uxbridge office and the new office in Reading.

Joanna DeBiase will continue as managing partner for the merged firm and Jane Masih (managing partner of Owen White) will join the main Board of IBB Law LLP.
The practice will focus on expanding areas including dispute resolution, corporate & commercial, real estate and Owen White’s specialist franchising practice, targeting a combined turnover of £30 million by 2024/25.
