Growing audio equipment firm takes next step with new Warwickshire HQ

An audio equipment supplier has secured a three-year lease on a new 1,035 sq ft premises in rural Warwickshire as the business grows.
Redditch born-and-bred Sam Pemberton has moved Make Noise Pro Audio to 'The Old Vicarage' in Coughton, aided by property agents John Truslove.

Ben Truslove noted: "Sam has turned his interest in audio equipment into a flourishing business that needed the right set of premises to move to the next level.
"The Old Vicarage is the ideal new home for Make Noise Pro Audio and is already contributing to the growing success of the company.
"And sound engineering specialists are now making a beeline for Warwickshire, which can only be good news for the local economy," he added.
Sam, who has been based on a farm unit for the last three years, said the new base will accommodate his growing team, offer a demo studio, and help present a more professional face to clients.
"I started out working for a live events sound company for a decade," he said.
"I was curious about how all the equipment worked, learned to maintain and repair it and started out on my own in around 2015."
Since then, he has built a UK-wide customer base.
He sources old or broken equipment and restores it to “as-new” condition, meaning he can sell it at considerably less than for brand new.
As a result, sound engineers and producers travel long distances to secure the items.
The company also carries out maintenance and repairs for clients and it has also expanded to add new equipment to its stock list.
"I spotted that The Old Vicarage was available and got in touch with John Truslove as the agents. Ben Truslove was very proactive. He enabled us to get in and have a look around, which underlined that these were ideal premises for us," said Sam.
"With his help everything about securing the lease was plain sailing and since we moved in business has been going very well indeed."
Sam added that, geographically, the business was right at the centre of the country, which was "handy" for clients.
"And it also means we can fly the flag for the West Midlands," he added.
